I hope you’re all doing well at this tough time.

Let’s make sure we all follow the advice and care for those around us by distancing ourselves from others and stay at home. It is the only way that is proven to stop the spread of the virus. The sooner we do this the sooner we can get back to the court 🙂

I know the time at home can be boring. So I wanted to encourage you by providing some ideas for you all to do.

Firstly, as we know staying healthy is important but without equipment this can be tough. However, there are a few people giving online advice and creative sessions to keep us active.
